A Cottage Kitchen

There is a unique atmosphere to cottage kitchens that is hard to put into words but is still instantly recognizable. Soft edges, earthy colors, a cozy sense of place ... all these come together and whisper, "Home."

In this cottage kitchen we use a very simple but traditional cabinet. The white, apron type sink contrasts cheerfully with the nearly black soapstone countertops and backsplash. The soft patina of the materials accentuates the peaceful mood of the country setting glimpsed beyond the breakfast nook windows.
